Do you ever wonder why you find yourself freaking out about something while someone else, experiencing a very similar issue, is as cool as a cucumber? What's their secret?! Most stress-management tactics promoted in our culture are just skimming the surface of what's really going on. It's no wonder you feel chronically "on edge" when you haven't been given the full story. There's nothing wrong with standard stress-management techniques (like yoga, meditation, deep breathing, etc.). However, until you understand what I reveal in this lesson, those tactics can only provide very temporary relief.
